He is survived by: his children, Joseph Desantos Kanhai of Greely, CO., Nichole Desantos-Kanhai of Elkhart, KS. and Erica Desantos-Kanhai; his brother Ravi Kanhai (Sherry) of Claremont, FL.; his nieces, Meena, Megan Kanhai of Claremont, FL and Sharda Kandhai; his uncle Ramgobind; his aunt Wanda Khemraj of Elkhart, KS.; his grandmother Myrtle LaFond of Elkhart, KS.; his grandchildren, Rayana Woods, Rayan Deleon, Zane Molino and Zena Molino; and his daughter Yessenia Bearce (William). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
