It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Ellis of Elkhart, Kansas, born in Sacramento, California, who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Skidgel and Sara Ann Skidgel (Woods); her sister Janice Mosley; and her grandson Alex Lynn Ellis. She is survived by: her daughter Shanda Marie of Elkhart, KS.; her husband Gary Ellis; her son Robert Ellis (Sheena) of Elkhart, KS.; and her siblings, Tom Skidgel (Barbara) of Rawlins, WY., Terry Skidgel of Clarksville, AR. and Leesa Skidgel of Clarksville, AR.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
