She was predeceased by: her husband Max; her parents, James Hunt and Lois Hunt; her siblings, Harold, Jack, Bruce and Jewell; her son Phillip Max, Jr.; her grandson Jon Daniel Whisennand; and her son-in-law Charles Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Shelly Lyn, Geana Kaye and Sally Jo; and her grandchildren, Cassandra, Jon Daniel, Jonathan and Jonna.
