He is survived by: his children, Jesse, Jordan Hendricks of Grover, William Sandoval-Jackson of Elkhart, Amber Davis of Broken Arrow, Kayla Burd of Tulsa and Suzanna Sandoval-Jackson of Elkhart; his brothers, Marvin Milburn of Enid and Melvin Don Howard of Enid; his aunt Maxine Hendricks of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Gemma Davis, Jayleigh Hendricks, Jackson Hendricks, Freya Davis, Abel Burd and Jaizyn Hendricks; and also Cassandra Sandoval of Elkhart.
