He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Wyatt; his sons, Kenneth Elliott, Dalhart, Michael Rodriguez, Elkhart, Buck Rodriguez and Liberal; and his stepchildren, Barbara Beckstand, Preston, Richard Elliott, Lasley, Duncan, Gilbert Rodriguez, Syracuse, Richard Rodriguez, Rolla, Chuck Rodriguez, Dallas, David Rodriguez, Columbus, Raul Rodriguez and Elkhart. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 19 Great-Grandchildren.
