He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Oscar and Florence Merritt (Weaver). He is survived by: his wife Carol Merritt; his daughters, Pammy Baldwin (Dana) of Elkhart, KS., Debbie Williams (Eva) and Barbie McCallion; his grandchildren, Tannan Baldwin, Garrett Baldwin, Brandon Williams (Jade), Micheal McCallion (Kasey), Christopher Williams (Faith), Gerico McCallion, Cherokee Rankin (Taylor), Casey McCallion, Jade Williams and Faith Williams; and his great grandchildren, Clay Williams and Tatum Rankin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
