He is survived by: his wife Barbara Leaton; his sons, Kyle Lewis (Dayna) of St. George and Kenneth Lewis (Sunee) of Leawood, Kansas; his grandchildren, Paul Lewis, Mark Lewis, Katelyn Lewis and Margo Lewis; and his great grandchild Waylon Lewis.
