She is survived by: her mother Joyce Crosby (Shute); her husband Clayton Wellen of Elkhart, KS; her children, Nathanual Brown, CJ Wellen, Breanna Rich of Tulsa, OK and Heather McDaniel; and her siblings, Wesley Keith of Sutherlin, OR, Jeffery Keith, Kathy Perkins (Gary) of Sutherlin, OR and Walanda Barker (Gary).
