He was predeceased by: his son Philip Smith. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hale Smith; and his children, Dwight Smith (Angie), Patrick Smith (Jeffery), Joel Smith (Parrish), Josh Smith (Kayla) and Gloria Dee (Stephen). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Berean Academy or Heartland Pregnancy Care Center and left with Petersen Funeral Home.
