He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Blanco and Angela Blanco (Diaz). He is survived by: his wife Carol Howard of El Dorado; his children, Wilfredo Blanco-Diaz (Austin Letts) of Joplin, MO, Miguel Blanco-Diaz (Sarah) of El Dorado and Ester Blanco of Cuba; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Addison, Miguel and Henry.
