He is survived by: his pet Patches; his children, Heather, Jason Dextradeur of Chesapeake, VA, Brett Lewis of Coffeyville, KS, Shirena and Daniel Green of Wichita; his grandchildren, Karson Lewis, Aimee Harris, Eliana Green and Gabriel Green; his great grandchildren, Corbin, Ruby and Booker; and his siblings, Lynda Pruitt, Sandi Williamson, Randy Lewis, Brad Burton, Debbie Shaver and Tracy Burton.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kirby-Morris Funeral Home (224 W Ash Ave, El Dorado, KS 67041).
