He was predeceased by: his mother Sara Gulick (Fulton); his sister Suzi; and his grandmother Maren Fulton. He is survived by: his father J. Michael Gulick (Terry); his siblings, Michelle Applegate (Mike), Ray Gulick (Teresa), Shana Warren (Jul) and Roger Gulick; and his stepbrothers, Steven Gulick (Bea), Dustin Gulick and Kyle Gulick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
