He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Emmett Scanlon and Betty Jean Scanlon (Maxwell). He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Scanlon (Tom Nesmith), Chris Scanlon (Becky), Sheryl Howerton (Mike) and John Scanlon (Renee); and his nieces and nephews, Lindsey Campos, Alison Stramel, Sydney Scanlon, Luke Scanlon, Tyler Nesmith, Andrew Howerton and Connor Scanlon.
