She is survived by: her children, Christine Melugin (Monty) of El Dorado, Kelly Tetrick (Mandy) of El Dorado and Michelle Frye of Wichita; her grandchildren, Tyler Melugin (Baylie), Ashley Melugin, Blake Tetrick, Colin Tetrick, Ella Tetrick, Kade Frye, Brady Frye, Jackson Frye and Landy Frye; her great grandchild Kayden Frye; and her brother Lonnie Long.
