He is survived by: his parents, Jonnie and Karen; his brother Mason Johnson (Callie); his grandmother Carolyn Phillips; his aunts and uncles, Kent Johnson (Dawn), Kimberly Blake and Kelly Day (Kirk); and his cousins, Alex Johnson, Levi Johnson, Jayme Tucker, William Day, Cameron Day, Ella Johnson and Everily Young.
