She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma Dee (Sexton) and William David Highbarger; and her brother Jack Anthony "Tony" Highbarger. She is survived by: her brothers, David Highbarger (Brenda) of Towanda, KS and Jeffrey Highbarger (Cynthia) of Towanda, KS; and her nieces and nephews, Stacia, Devin (Tara), Kelsey, Talia (Sam), Justin and Andrew.
