She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward C. Racicky (Whitey) and Marcile Meyer Racicky (Tootie); and her siblings, Carolyn Fairchild and Ronnie Racicky. She is survived by: her husband Gary Jacobs (Jake); her children, Christian Forrest (Brandy), Hannah Vaughn (Allen) and Jonathan Jacobs; her grandchildren, Sophia, Marshall, Paisleigh, Tate and Knox Jacobs; and her sisters, Ann Vaughn (Fred) and Ruby Whitsitt (Steve). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
