He was predeceased by: his parents, Segundo Alvarez and Emiliana Alvarez (Bebert). He is survived by: his wife Grace Doreen Martin; and his children, Phillip Dill, Wendy Davis (Denzil), Dori Bowlin (Chris), Lila Alvarez, Emi Alvarez and Isidro Alvarez, Jr..
