He is survived by: his wife Beulah Failor; his children, Jim McDowell (Norma), Teresa Walker (Bob) and Kim Clark (Brook); his grandchildren, Troy McDowell (Natalia), Tracy McDowell, Mackenzie Mitchel, Ashley Ingalls and Kaitlyn Higgins (Gabe); and his sister Greta Sommers (Mike).
