He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Bailey (Page); his stepfather Melvin Bailey; and his brother Wayne Hickerson. He is survived by: his aunt Barbara Brush of Towanda; and his cousins, Patty, John Steinbacher of El Dorado, Jenni, Kirby Krebsbach of Montana, Michael and Carol Brush of Omaha.
