She is survived by: her husband Gerald; her children, Cindy Monshizadeh (Firooz) of Overland Park, Dan Haines (Joyce) of Leon, Scott Haines (Lisa) of El Dorado, Jerri Ann Fike (Jerry) of Wellington and Vince Haines (Melody) of El Dorado; her grandchildren, Andrew Monshizadeh (Tremaine), Peter Monshizadeh (Lindsay), Devin Haines (Stacy), Derek Haines (Nichole), Emily Stephens (Jason), Holly Bright (Jason), Heidi Rose (Jeremy), Lacie Rose (Mat), Gary Fike (Kelsey), Lindy Fike, Laura Jensen (Spencer), Sam Haines (Paige), Wesley Haines (Caroline) and Adam Haines; her great grandchildren, Parker, Haley, Natalie, Drennan, Devin, Landon, Evelyn, Greyson, Lillyana, Dylon, Tristen, Cameron, Jordyn, Kaden, Baleigh, Owen, Bradyn, Avery, Harper, Gavin, Adalyn, Lincoln, Griffin, Kiersten, Lucy, Alice and Elsie; and her siblings, Donnese Harsh (Robert), Rojean Owen (Doug), Vernon Jr. Willhite (Colette) and Larry Willhite (Gigi). She is also survived by family as a sacrificing partner and parent.
