She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Cleo" Williams and Leta "Marie" Reed; and her daughter Lisa Lowry. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Harder of Whitewater, Scott Harder of El Dorado, Tami Hogoboom of El Dorado, Troy Harder of El Dorado and Jami Williams of Hamilton; and her grandchildren, Jeremiah Kocher, Leta Kocher, Dusten Kocher, Tyler Harder, Timothy Harder, Trenton Harder, Anne King, Charles Harder, Kayla Harder, Joshua Williams, Justin Williams and Taylor Williams. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, and 2 brothers.
Memorial donations in Dorothy's name may be directed towards the Kansas Humane Society.
