She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Mead and Lorna Mead (Sanford). She is survived by: her sibling Donna Lou; her spouses, Theodore "Ted" Carter and Ray Houser; her children, Chastity Carter of Wichita, Theodore "Ted" Carter of El Dorado, Donald Carter (Heather) of El Dorado and Chad Carter (Kimberly) of El Dorado; her siblings, Donna Jerome (Donald) of Mulvane and Julie Manion (David) of El Dorado; her grandchildren, Shea, Satchel, Skylar, Sierra VanArsdale, Sophia Carter, Hannah Carter, Harper Carter and Taelor Carter; and her great grandchild Kyndi Stephens. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
