He is survived by: his children, Karolee Weller (Joe) of Mulvane, KS, Kathie Shaw (Alan) of Nenana, AK, Dawn Haworth of Augusta, KS, Steve Holladay of Derby, KS, Rick Holladay (Julie) of El Dorado, KS, John Holladay of El Dorado and Joey McCoy of Wichita, KS; and his sisters, Linda Call (Roger) and Emmy Kimberlin.
