He is survived by: his wife Terry Cartmell (Johnson); his children, Coy Cartmell Jr. (Kayla Beckwth) and Aaron Michael Cartmell; his stepchildren, Daniel Franks and Amanda Franks; his siblings, Carmelita Cartmell, Vincent Cartmell (Kristina), Jolene Keely (Loren), Roma Cartmell, Rachel Folk, Anna Hill and George Hill; and his grandchildren, Jayce Earl Cartmell and Jalynn Cartmell.
