It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Phillips in El Dorado, Kansas, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Ruth Carter; and her sister-in-law Shirley Carter. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Phillips of El Dorado; her daughters, Diane Solorio (John) of El Dorado and Deborah Baker (Aaron) of Towanda; her grandchildren, Phillip Solorio (Kylie), Abigail Parker (Baylor), Hayley Baker and Lindsey Wuthnow (Caleb); her great grandchildren, Olive, Clementine, Pepper Solorio, Roy and Thatcher Parker; her grandson Dominick Warren Gomez; her brother Hank Carter; her nieces and nephews, Justin Phillips, Jason Phillips (Melissa), Dawn Nolan (Norm) and Lana Ray; and her caregiver Stephanie Osborne.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the El Dorado Safe House or to the Coutt's Art Museum.
