He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin Sr. and Marie Stewart (Carrier); and his brother David. He is survived by: his children, Doug and Denise; and his siblings, Steven "Bud", Richard, Don and Harriet. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
