She is survived by: her husband Ron Lewis of Leon; her children, Heather L Dextradeur (Jason) of Chesapeake, VA and Shirena (Daniel) of Wichita; her stepsons, Brian Lewis of Leon, KS and Brett Lewis of Coffeyville, KS; her grandchildren, Aimee, Ellie, Gabriel, Kelsi and Karson; her great grandchildren, Corbin and Ruby; and her sisters, Suzie VanTries of El Dorado and Janie Suits of Greenbriar, AR..
