He was predeceased by: his parents, Luceille Stewart and Marion Stewart; and his brothers, Danny Ray Keen, James Edward Stewart and David Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Pammie Keen; his daughters, Jamie Blew (Kevin) and Amanda Keen; his siblings, Harold Stewart and Donna Booth (Randy); and his grandchildren, Emma, Clayton and Kinley Blew. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
