He is survived by: his niece Trudi Cook (David) of Fort Worth, TX; his nephews, Chris Morrison (Kelli) of Grove, OK and Kirk Morrison (Rhonda) of Atlanta, KS; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Abby Miranda, Matt Cook, Rachel Morrison, Randi Morrison, Cameron Fielding and Brycen Cook; and his friends, Donny, Glen, Sandy and Mary.
