He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph C. Alfaro and Julia T. Alfaro (Requena); and his siblings, Frank Alfaro, Diana Alfaro, Raul Alfaro, Marilyn Dobson and Ralph Alfaro, Jr..
He is survived by: his son Anthony Alfaro, Jr.; his granddaughter Halee Alfaro; and his siblings, Lawrence Alfaro, John Alfaro (Jeannie), Mary Zogleman, Marcella Martin, Sandy Voyles (Dennis) and Julie Alfaro. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
