It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Barnett (Effingham, Kansas), born in Muscotah, Kansas, who passed away on January 30, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank C. Tuley and Bertha B. Tuley (Delfelder); and her sister Peggy Dryden. She is survived by: her pet Tiger; her husband Robert A. Barnett; her daughters, Lana Jo Snyder (Berry) of Deland, FL and Sherry Vanderslice (Jake); her grandchildren, Rachael, Kelli, Lucas, Sara and Emily; and her children, Robert W. Barnett and Mary Lou Barnett. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Freedom Hospice or the Effingham Library and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
