It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Levi Wilbourn of Effingham, Kansas, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Josh Wilbourn and Mattie Wilbourn (Carethers); his wife Lois Marie Wilbourn (Tull); his sisters, Hattie Pennington (James) and Virginia Herken; his children-in-law, Janice Wilbourn and James Murray; his brother-in-law Roy Mulvaney; and his grandchild Elicia Collins.

He is survived by: his sons, David Wilbourn (Grace) of Effingham, KS, Josh (Debbie), Troy Wilbourn of Atchison, KS, John Wilbourn (Penny) of Effingham, KS and Gabe Wilbourn (Katie) of Lancaster, KS..
