He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard DeVere and Ruth Ellen Kirkham Winter; his grandparents, Harold, Vera Winter, Wilbur Kirkham, Delpha Kirkham and Dorothy Kirkham; and his brother-in-law Virgal Morrow.
He is survived by: his children, Delaney Winter and Ty Winter of Corning; and his siblings, DeVere Winter (Rita Henderson), Pete Winter (Debbie Adams), Ellen Hug (Darrell), Brenda Lloyd (Rex), Angela Morrow, Cheryl Winter, Jana Winter and Jill Penry (Troy Frost). He is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews and 30 great-nieces and nephews.
