He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Millsap (Louis) and Charles Millsap of Edwardsville, KS.; his sister Virginia Schafer; his stepfather William DeFries; and his wife Charlene Millsap.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Wacker (Larry) of Maryville, TN, Tim Millsap (Sandy) of Ionia, MI and Teresa Erickson (Mick) of Carmel, CA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
