It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Unrein of Edwardsville, Kansas, born in Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Unrein and Armella Unrein (Lieker); and his brothers, Richard Lee, Virgil Joseph and Allen Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Ralls; his children, Terry Ray (Joy) of Edwardsville, Shawn (Jamie), Jacob of Independence, Stephanie Nickel of Corpus Christi and Trisha Selvaraj (Basel) of East Meadow, N. Y.; his stepdaughters, Brenda Wiesinger of Leavenworth, Suzy Heckman (Bob) of Leavenworth and JoAnn Green (Mike) of Leavenworth; his siblings, Nichlaus Paul of Harlingen, Texas and Darlene Unrein of Hays, Kan.; and his son-in-law Daniel Nickel. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
