He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard May and Donna May (Polocokovich); his grandparents, James and Sylvia Earls; his stepsister Marsha Lingel; his former wife Jennifer May; his granddaughter Michelle Hawkins; his wife Vickie Fish May; his children, Michael May (Suzanne) of Tonganoxie, KS. and Toni May of Raytown, MO.; his stepchildren, Steve Hawkins (Tanya) of Tonganoxie, KS., Bob Hawkins (Leslea) of Edwardsville, KS., Jamie Smith (Stacie) of Lansing, KS., Joshua Smith of Cassville, MO. and David Middaugh (Ambre) of Kansas City, KS.; and his siblings, James May, Kendall May, Jim Poe (Amber) and Aileen Manuel (Chuck). He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, three great-grandsons.
