He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Clinton and Berva Marie DeCow (Hagan); his children, Clinton Leon DeCow of Edna and Juliee Smith (Richard) of Vista; his granddaughter Samantha Smith of Vista; his siblings, Marvin DeCow (Mia) of Wichita, Terry DeCow of Edna and Darlene Trollope of Coffeyville; and also Ramona. He was also cherished by Several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Edna Volunteer Fire Department.
