She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Nelson and Emma Nelson (Dawson); her husband Gordon; and her siblings, Charlene Goul, Norma Oxford, Terry Joe Nelson and Lennie Nelson.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Rexwinkle (Tammy) of Edna and Lee Ann Lay (Nick) of Ochelata, OK; her grandson Cody Lay; and her sister Sharon Humphries of Beggs, OK..
