He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Lowe and Lela Lowe (Moore); and his brothers, Bill, Jimmy and David.
He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Laruth Gross; his children, Patrick Lowe of Edgerton, Robbyn Van Horn (Jeff) of Baldwin City and Tamara Canterbury (Jeff) of Baldwin City; and his siblings, Larry Lowe (Judy) of Sawuache, CO, Ronnie Lowe of Olathe, Dannie Lowe (Carmelle) of Edgerton, Margaret Brumbaugh (Bill) of Olathe, Suellyn Stone (John) of Belton, MO, Deanna Dornes (Kenny) of Waverly, Cheryl Swisher (Ron) of Salem, OR and Gina Hill of Lawrence. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
