He is survived by: his wife Linda Furnell; his daughters, Melissa Cline of Lenexa, Kansas and Melanie Hoffman of Lenexa, Kansas; his grandchildren, Ava Townsend, Jessica and Joseph Cline; and his sister Debbie.
