He is survived by: his daughter Michelle; his son-in-law Scott Van Zee; his grandchildren, Zachary Michael (Sierra) and Alyvia Beth Collazo (Jose); his great grandchild Isaiah Luis; and his siblings, William (Carlene) of Grafton, Ill., Richard of Grafton, Ill., Ruth Ann Woods (Lee) of Lincoln, Emily Carroll (David) of Carrollton, Jean Pinkard (Gary) of Jerseyville, Dianna Sunblade (Richard) of Breman and Suzann Bowling (Byron) of Murphysboro, Ill.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
