He is survived by: his wife Sadie Biddle; his children, Eric Blockburger (Kelsey) and Naomi Guliford; his siblings, Henry Blockburger (Deb), Jeff Blockburger (Ann) and Wanda Owen (Don); his grandchildren, Mikey Ivison (Susan), Marcus Blockburger, Grayson Blockburger and Tiffanee Ivison; and his great grandchildren, Timothy Ivison, Caleb Ivison, Michael Alan Ivison Jr. and Rose Ivison.
