He is survived by: his wife Carol Berglund of Easton; his daughter Michelle Crouch (Brian) of Olathe; and his grandchildren, Amy Martin (Richard) of Easton, Chad Hendrix (Samantha) of Easton and Emily Anderson (Keith) of Olathe. He is also survived by great- grandchildren.
