With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Seever of Easton, Kansas, born in Lakeshore, Mississippi, who passed away on December 18, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Noel and Mary Elizabeth Powell (Garcia); her former husband Ralph; her daughter Wanda Swanson; and her brothers, Gene Powell, Manuel Powell, Norman Powell and Arstede Powell.
She is survived by: her spouse Seever; her children, Belinda Reed, Darrell Seever (Michelle) and Karen Dykes (Kalvin); and her sisters, Clara Stringer, Nora Migues (Warren) and Nancy Powell.
