C, Hilary Hitchcock of St. Louis, MO and Louisa Spampinato (Rob) of New York City, NY; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vanessa Wilson, Wyatt Wilson, Julian Hull, Jevelle Hull, Jasmine Hull, Francesca Kassing, Anna Kassing, Amelia Kassing, Dominic Kassing, Bruno Spampinato and Pascal Spampinato; his brother-in-law James Hitchcock of St. Louis, MO; his parents, Lee Hull and Kelly Hull; his sister Helen Hitchcock; and his nephews, Dane Sims and Abram Sims. He was also cherished by many cousins and friends.
