She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Moyer and Minnie Moyer (Remus); her husband Wilford Doud; and her brother Wendell Moyer. She is survived by: her children, Rise Russin (John), Carol Doud, Stuart Doud and Brenda Waite (Kevin); her grandchildren, Laura Munson (David), Michael Russin, Kylie Waite and Kasey Waite; and her great grandchild Camilla Munson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Norma's name to Downs Roadside Park or Church of the Resurrection in Kansas City for the bookmobile.
