He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeBey and Julia DeBey (Vos); his brother Courtney DeBey; his son Glen DeBey; his granddaughter Lindsay DeBey (Roy); his parents-in-law, Dean and Margaret Bihlmaier (Worley); and his brother-in-law Patrick Bihlmaier.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Bihlmaier; and his sons, Roy, Stacy of Cawker City, KS, Raymond (Ginger), John, Cyndi of Faucett, MO, Wesley (Christa), Tandra, Kiersha, Ranisha, Moriah, Aidan and Cailin.
