She was predeceased by: her parents, R. C. Cornelison (Todd) and Helen Cornelison (Joseph L. Guyot); her son Allen Guyot; and her siblings, Louise Vandergriff and Larry Cornelison.
She is survived by: her son Joel Guyot (Beverly); and her sisters, Roma Peters, Judy Lawson and Vicki Snelling (Jim). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial has been established with Douglass Historical Society.
