It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Stuart Coatney of Douglass, Kansas, born in Iola, Kansas, who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray I. Coatney and Della Coatney (LeFebvre); his great grandchild Braxton Dotson; his brother Jeffery Coatney; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Dunphy and Joseph Babiuch.

He is survived by: his wife Marianna Babiuch; and his children, Julia Wisecup (Kelly) of Ooltewah, TN and Jon R. Coatney of Andale, KS. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
